We offer a low-risk, contingency based fee- payable when you successfully hire a candidate.

We'll follow up again at 30 and 60 days to confirm everything's on track—because our partnership doesn't end at placement.

Within 48 hours of each interview, we'll request your feedback. This allows us to refine the candidate pipeline in real-time and ensure we're delivering exactly what you need, while we handle timely candidate communication on your behalf.
